Veg Pulav- Low fat
Preperation time :20 Min
Ingredients:
Basamati Rice: 1 Bowl
Green Peas: 1/2 Bowl
Sweet Corn & Carrot:1/2 Bowl
Chopped Cabbage: 1/2 Bowl
Green Beans & Lima Beans : 1/2 Bowl
Tomato pieces :1/2 Bowl
Chopped Green chilies
Everest Pulav Masala- 2 tsp
Black pepper powder: 1tsp
Red pepper powder(Not necessary but if u like very spicy then u can add)
Salt: As per Taste
Jeera Dhaniya Powder : 1tsp
Ghee or Butter- 1tsp
Water: 2 Bowl(Double of Rice taken)
Method:
Boiled Rice with black pepper, red pepper, green chilies, pulav masala, salt.
Take pan add ghee/butter & all veg in pan & close it by lead. Put on low flame. Just for 5min.
Put this veg in another bowl.
Now in same pan you have to add rice then veg then again rice &veg. Just cook for 2 min.
Note that layers must be thin not much thick .
This rice is very tasty & its really healthy wealthy with low fat.
