SANDESH

Preperation Time: 30 min appx.

Ingredients:

250gms Paneer

150gms sugar

1tbsp. rose water

1/2tsp green cardamom seeds (ground)

Kesar
 Pistachios & Almonds (thinly sliced and crushed)




Preparation

Combine the sugar and paneer and blend well. Place the mixture on medium flame and stir constantly to avoid lumps.

When the mixture solidifies, splash the rose water on it ,add cardamom powder and remove the pan from the heat. Stir few more times.


Now divide the mixture into several balls and flatten them to give the desired shapes.

Put almond & pistachios sliced & Kesar on each sandesh.

Serve cold.
