Eggless Pav -Bread

Preparation time: 3 hrs (Approximately)

Cooking time: 20 minutes (Approximately)
Ingredients:


All purpose flour  or Wheat Flour-3cups (Can be replaced with all purpose flour or half quantity of Wheat Flour)

Sugar-2 tbs

Salt-2tsp

Active Dry Yeast-8 gm(Here I used Hodgeson Mills Dry Yeast)

Oil/Melted Butter-3 tabs

Warm water-1 cup
Milk- 2 tsp

Method:-
Take warm water in bowl and add yeast, sugar and salt in this. Used only warm water if you used boiled water then the yeast will none of use.

Keep it for 12-15 min. u will  c bubbling formation.

Take flour in big bowl add above mixture, oil/ Butter and mix it well. Cover this dough with lead or plate. Keep it for one hr. After 1 hours the dough size will be doubled.

Knead it again and keep for another 1 hour.

Take baking tray greased with butter/oil then spread littlebit flour.

Preheat oven in 180 degree C or 360 F.

Divide dough in around 20 pcs, make balls n place in tray. Keep distance between two balls,

Cover the tray and keep it for 1.30 Hr again.  You will see after few minutes the size of ball has increased and now one ball is stick to each other.

After 1.30hr  you will see sheet of pav. Now wet the tissue paper with milk & polished on pav which gives glittering effect to your pav.

Now put this tray in oven for 15-20 min, till you find it brownish.

Now Pav is ready for you
