Garden Fresh Pizza - Eggless
Preparation time: 1.30 hrs (Approximately)
Cooking time: 20 minutes (Approximately)
Ingredients:
All purpose flour or Wheat Flour-3cups (Can be replaced with all purpose flour or half quantity of Wheat Flour)
Sugar-2 tbs
Salt-2tsp
Active Dry Yeast-8 gm(Here I used Hodgeson Mills Dry Yeast)
Olive Oil/Veg Oil-4 tabs
Warm water-1 cup
Pizza Sauce 1/2 Bowl
Toppings : As per your taste u can add vegetables like Onion, Tomato, Jalapeno(Shimala Mirch), Olive, 1 Bowl Mozzarila Cheese
Method:-
Take warm water in bowl and add yeast, sugar and 1tsp salt in this. Used only warm water if you used boiled water then the yeast will none of use.
Keep it for 12-15 min. u will c bubbling formation.
Take flour in big bowl add above mixture, 2tsp oil and mix it well. Cover this dough with wet napkin. Keep it for one hr. After 1 hours the dough size will be doubled.
Take some flour on platform now knead soft dough again. Add some olive oil.
Take Tava greased with oil then flatten the dough uniformly in whole tava .Now spread pizza sauce on base then garnish with half bowl cheese & cut vegetables.
Preheat oven in 215 degree C or 420 F.
Put this tava on gas flame for 5 min.
Now put this tava in oven for 15 min. Afterward cover pizza base with remaining cheese. Keep in oven for remaining 5 min. You will c brownish color in sides of pizza base. Then your pizza is ready.
Serve with Tomato Sauce.
Tips:
You can add more items in toppings like Soyabean chunks but firstly you have to boiled it & squeeze out excess water then placed on pizza. If you love paneer then you can add cubes of paneer too.
