Veg Patiala 
Ingredients

For Papad Rolls
50 Grams Grated Paneer
1 tbsp Oil
1 cup Grated Vegetables like Capsicum, Onion, Carrots or any other vegetables of your choice
1/3 cup Chopped French Beans
2 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
½ teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
2 tablespoon Chorse powder of Mix Dry Fruits (Cashew, Almonds



1 teaspoon Garam Masala
Salt as per taste
3 Papad 

1 tbsp cornflour + 3tbsp water mixture (for sealing papads)
Oil to Shallow Fry

For Gravy
2 tablespoonGhee
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tspFennel Seeds
1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
½ cup Onion Paste
1 tsp Garam Masala
½ tspTurmeric Powder
2tsp Cumin Seed Coriander Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 cup Fresh Tomatoes Puree
Salt as per taste
3. tbsp Fresh Full Fat Cream

Directions

In pan take oil. As per papad roll ingredients list give tadka with spices then toss the veg n dry fruit powder. Cook for 5-7 min
Cut the papad into half.. wet it little with water to make soft.

Add stuffing in between roll it with the help of cornflour mixture.
Fry this roll into oil.

For Gravy

Heat the oil in pan. Give the tadka with Cumin n fennel seed.
Add ginger garlic paste heat for 1 min add onion paste heat it till brown.

Now add tomato puree. Once cooked add remaining spices. Again cook it with adding little water. Then add cream 


Now add papad roll in gravy. Heat for min. Garnish it with paneer n coterie der. If u like crunchy roll then keep some side, in pic I put it on above gravy.
