Jain Khasta Bhel

Ingredients

1 bowl All purpose flour
1 bowl Wheat flour
1 tsp oil for dough
1/2 tsp Cummin seeds
1/2 tsp Sessumum seeds
1 pinch Asetafodia powder
Salt as per taste
1 bowl Chopped Tomato
1 bowl Pomegranate seeds
1 tsp Jiravan
1 tsp Black salt
1 tsp Chat masal
1 tsp Red pepper powder
1 Bowl Curd
1 bowl Sev
1 bowl oil for frying

Procedure

In bowl take both flour. Keep little flour aside for rolling.
Add 1 tsp oil, cummin seeds, asetafodia, seassumum seeds and salt as per taste. Knead well with little water. Dough must be needed little hard. 

Now roll it in round shape apply flour on it then fold in half. Again fold in half. Roll this triangle little and fry on medium flame. 



Khasta is ready.

Now in bowl of curd add black salt, jiravan.
Spread this on khasta in serving plate, now spread tomato on it.
Sprinkle chat masala and then sev.

Now put some pomegranate seeds and sprinkle red pepper powder as per taste.
Yummy khasta bhel is ready to serve.


You can store this khasta for month and can serve with different style like our regular bhelpuri, with dryfruits and chocolate sauce or with fruit jam.
