Kesar Badam Cookies- Very crispy
Cooking time: 18 minutes (Approximately)
Ingredients:
Wheat Flour - 1& 1/2 bowl
Butter - 1/2 bowl(Must be in Room Temp.)
Sugar Powder - 1/2 bowl or less than as per ur taste.
Baking Soda- 1 tsp
Almond slices & Powder- 1/2 bowl
Keasr - 5-6 petals
Food Color - Orange(Not Necessary)
Salt- just pinch
Kesar(Saffron) Essence- 1/2 tsp
Method:
In small bowl take 1 tsp water add kesar petals in it. Take flour,sugar, salt, Kesar esn., alomond coarse powder, Orange color & baking soda in bowl. Add melted butter & mix well. Add littlebit water & Kesar petal which you keep aside in water( You will find kesaria color so add this orange water ) & make dough. Greased cookies tray with butter. Make small ball, presses in your palm. Keep in tray at some distance as size will increase. Make # shape on flatten cookies & placed alomond slice in middle.
Now keep it in prehaeted oven of 380d F for 18 min.
After 18 min you will find brown colors cookies. don't try to remove cookies certainly keep it till it get cool properly. Wait for 5 min & now you can serve it or eat.
